Lovely family caravan with lots of storage space, will sleep a family of 5 comfortably. We bought it last year for family holidays in the Dales and now I need a knee replacement so sadly, we are selling it, partly to pay for getting surgery :(Painted white inside by previous owner which gives it a nice neutral interior which appealed to us. Neutral grey lino floor as well. It is a work in progress really, we were planning to decorate and do it up…it would repay this! It is a blank canvas.The good stuff:Recently had the gas system serviced and have left a full gas canister, worth £50.Good fridge that works well. Cooker is barely used and grill etc looks almost new.Really good fixed toilet.Heating works well.We have left quite a few bits of equipment in it that may be handy. Step, cleaning stuff, cutlery etc.Comfy beds and all the fixtures and fittings are fine.Good blinds, again neutral colour.The not good stuff:The constant rain of the last year have meant there is a small amount of damp in the back corner (see picture) that would need fixing.The door window has a crack on the inside only – outside pane is watertight. (photo attached) we hardly noticed it especially when door is open.The water pump doesn’t work – we couldn’t get it to work anyway (although someone who is good at DIY may well be able to sort it easily).One of the blinds is broken.We paid £1800 for it last year so we…
