Fair condition for age – 25 years. Low mileage – has been used as an occasional spare bedroom. Previous owner bought it new and used it as a waiting room. Needs some tlc. Roof lights leak a bit – have been covered with polythene. Front windscreen has been replaced with a fixed screen. Casing for tow hook is badly cracked – see final pic. We have never connected it to gas. Interior electrics work. Fridge works. We believe the shower has never been used. Casing to outside lights cracked or missing and most don’t work – a couple do so the do electrics work, may just need new bulbs but a trailer board would be needed to tow away. Has a professionally fitted caravan mover. New jockey wheel. Hook up cable included but not battery.Seats/tables convert to one very large double/triple bed and one smaller double bed, plus there is a pull down bunk bed that has never been used.
