We bought the caravan in 1999 for touring. We have recently been using the caravan as an office on our driveway. It will need a habitation check since we have not been using the gas, water or electrics while it has been on our driveway. There are several areas which need attention: one of the windows (see photo with blue film) will need replacing as the acrylic has cracked. The roof light in the washroom has recently cracked (see photo). Both of these areas could be replaced with acrylic and sealant. The windows at the front of the caravan have sustained water ingress (see photo).There is a shower, basin and toilet in the washroom. There is a hob, grill, oven, sink and fridge in the kitchen area. There is a heater. It has two single beds or they make a good sized double bed. There is a small table (see photo). We haven’t taken the caravan on the road for a couple of years. The buyer will be responsible for checking road worthiness and the safety of the gas and electrics.
