Has lots of extras, hot cold water, heater with air flow heating, electric (mains electric hock-up lead included) and 12 volt (battery not included) systems, TV aerial and booster, gas oven, grill and hob, gas bottle and spare wheel. Fridge (stained). En-suite shower and cassette loo. Clean condition. Galvanised chassis, drive lights seem to work OK. But has some rot that requires attention mostly found on side pillars, as expected in this age of van, just replaced one pillar. Obtained for work station for builders, but not required. None of the electrics, water or gas have been tested, as also road worthy. Towed only short distance, but followed well, cannot promise how a longer tow would cope, but see no reason against….
