We are relisting as the original buyer was a 14 year old boy without permission to buy a caravan apparently.
We are currently on holiday in Cornwall- buyer to collect.
We have had this caravan for 8 years and we have had some fantastic holidays with our 3 children. Reason for sale is children now grown up and we are down sizing.
As expected from a caravan this age there are some scuffs and scrapes. However it is clean, dry and does not smell.
The layout comprises of front seating area which can have a table (included). This converts to a double bed (see photo). At the back of the caravan there is another seating area with 2 sofas which can be converted into 2 bunk beds (separated by a curtain). So 6 birth in total.
When we bought the caravan we found that the floor was delaminated (springy). We had this repaired at a cost of £500 and it has been excellent since. We also fitted a new carpet and my wife made new curtains and trim to freshen it up.
Prior to our purchase there had been a leak at the front window which the previous owners had repaired (see photo). Although a little scruffy if you look closely, the repair has worked and it has never leaked for us.
The fridge is in full working order but the gas cooker and hob would need to be serviced before use. We have not used it and always cook on an electric hob…
