5 berth caravan with full awning, including wind skirt.Front dining area opens out to a large double bed.The rear can seat four and opens out to a small double, with a single bunk above. there are double folding doors that close off the rear area.Kitchen in the middle has hot and cold water, sink, three gas rings, gas grill, gas cooker, all working but not tested. The fridge stopped working two years ago but I never did anything about it as I had a small beer fridge in the awning and that did for us. ( Beer fridge not included. )Bathroom has a sink and W.C.( there is no shower attachments or curtain ) I have never used the bathroom only for storage and the plastic around the cold water tap is cracked, but I have not tried it !I have never tried the heater, I use two portable electric heaters. ( Included but not tested )There was a small leak in the rear that was sorted three years ago. Has wear and tear marks, but otherwise in good condition.SOLD AS SEEN. CASH ON COLLECTION.
