Here is our 5 berth caravan , it’s an old one but good one , no leaks or damp patches , we bought this to take to steam shows and holidays with the kids which is perfect as has a double bed at rear plus a single bunk bed above , also has doors which you close room off from front of van if you wish , has fridge cooker shower sink toilet etc etc only thing that doesn’t work it the hot water side as last person before me forgot to drain down at winter and it froze and cracked a pipe which can be replaced it never bothered me as we just boiled kettle for hot water and most camp sites have shower blocks , it is an old caravan so expect few dents and Straches here and there but doesn’t affect van in any way , caravan comes with awning gas all the aqua rolls and chemicals for toilet , everything works as it should apart from what I’ve mentioned bout hot water side pls feel free to come view or ask more questions , cash on collection please Many thanks for looking
