Good condition only the heater works on gas but needs repair for electric. (The water heater works fine). Fully damp proof..all but a small patch near the toilet. The front window’s seal was replaced last summer .. the wood directly underneath partially rotted & needs attention (It can’t be seen & I place a draught excluder on top!)I’ve painted some of the ghastly orange coloured wood in shades of off white.The floor is bare but there are straw mats you can put down.The glass is tinted.The awning & carpets included plus a winter coverVery comfortable firm mattress.I’ve so enjoyed my time here – a retreat to meditate & practice yoga!
