We bought it to use as an office at our school. Currently it is used for storage and has never been used by us a holiday van. It is quite well equipped and in pretty good condition. Theres an end bathroom and small table opposite kitchen with end lounge.I am a caravanner myself and happy to say it is totally functional. It is priced very low, sold as seen.I have put down 3 owners but not really sure. I am guessing year at 1999!
