Okay so it’s a 2003 but I went to a caravan sale yesterday and saw a 2013 that look older both in and out. There are two things wrong with it. One window has a crack but the window doesn’t leak. A couple of the blinds are torn and need to be treated gently The heating, lighting, water pump, shower, sink, toilet (we’re giving away a new loo seat with it) so please don’t ask daft questions like does everything work or does it leak. I’ve already said it doesn’t.
