Sussex special edition 4 Berth 2004 caravan.
Extremely good
condition throughout considering the age. Oven and kitchen appliances are like
new and all cupboards/storage compartments are in as new condition. The van
also benefits from removable carpets. The upholstery is spotless throughout with no stains or marks.
Front seating
converts to large double bed or can be used as two singles. Centre seating area
converts into bunk beds which again are in great condition. Lovely spacious end
bathroom which includes a large wardrobe and shower cubical with separate
toilet.
Previous service
history showing damp issue repair works which included a panel in the rear
bathroom.
Alloy wheels which
have also been fitted with Triton run flat inserts to eliminate the risk of
blow outs.
Comes complete with
everything needed to hook up and go. Bradcot awning which is 4 years old (which
includes the light weight telescopic poles which make erecting the awning much
easier) & Awning carpet. Blown heating throughout the
van including the bathroom and awning, BBQ point on the outside.
Caravan is also
fitted with a motor mover making it a doddle to move around.
Van is in great
condition outside with no scratches at all. One minor small dent to the top
left of the door. All windows are in perfect condition with no scratches and
all windows sills are fine, apart from one of the front ones will need
replacing for next summer (just as efficient to do the 3 front windows at the
