We are reluctantly selling our lovely caravan which we have used for 9 years. It has had 2 previous owners. The first owner, due to ill health, did not use it at all and then sold it in 2006. We purchased it in 2014. It has a much sought after L shaped lounge area. This 2 berth can be converted into a decent sized double bed. It is fitted with fridge, microwave, cooker with 4 burner gas hob. Sun blinds, fly screens to all windows, door and 3 roof vents. Shower in good sized rear bathroom with plenty of wardrobe space. Van is fitted with LED lighting. There is a fitted radio/CD player as well as a surround sound system. Also included is a good quality INCA full sized awning and awning carpet. It has an alarm fitted and also has a motor mover. Unused spare wheel. Leisure battery 120Amh. Various accessories are included. Please bear in mind that the van is 20 years old and over the years has received one or two knocks etc but nothing to speak of for its age. We have recently been made aware it has a manageable amount of damp in one corner of the rear of the caravan which could be easily repaired by someone with DIY ability and we have reduced the price considerably. Therefore giving someone a marvellous opportunity to get on the caravan trail very cheaply. We are so sad that we are not able to carry on caravanning…
