A very popular layout with End Dinette. There are a few high readings (see damp report), hence the low price and being sold as seen. Damp is situated around the front left hand window. I would think it needs a new window rubber. This area would dry out leaving very little signs of an issue. Reading can only be seen with a damp meter and not by the eye. (Great project or could be used as it is with no real issues) The handle on the back has also come off and is letting in some water but the area is only reading 25%. Would need a new handle.
