Welcome to the auction for our lovely little caravan. We have owned the caravan for around three years and had many holidays and great times in it.Although in excellent condition for its age, in the past, it has had water ingress, we have fixed it, and no leaking since then. The only thing we recently had a problem with is that we couldn’t use the water, that obviously need to be checked. We didn’t bother as we always use facilities on site.Inside there is:Fridge that runs on 240 volts or gas (Not 12V)Small washroom with lift up sink, cassette toilet, and vanity unit.Gas heater, with blown air heating.Hot water heater that runs on 240 volts.Cooker with oven, grill and 4 burner hob.Fold out table.Omnistat AerialBlinds and Fly Screens to all windowsThe furnishings are in good condition, curtains clean and the sofa is easily converted into a double bed or 2 singles.
