1998,completely dry and in good condition (Dimensions) Weight 1300kg Length
5.68 meters Width 2.18 meters, easy to tow and light weight. It has a large
window front and rear 3 windows left and right as well as an observation window
in a saloon type 2 piece door it comes with one key and is lockable it has a built
in wardrobe plus plenty of storage a folding dining table, exit steps and has a
foldable privacy door seperating the caravan into 2 sleep areas its fully
curtained with sink and cooker grill and oven a generous medium sized fridge
heater toilet with washing area with show and toilet, shower head not provided
for hygine reasons, but new ones readily available to fit sink fittings it is fully
air conditioned all windows work perfectly and comes with a generous storage
space to boot .There is Three skylights on top of the caravan for more light
abd ventilation giving a warm light enviroment .The Cooker is Gas powered and has
threes burners,grill and good size oven and storage for pot pans. Although
slightly dated the caravan is clean and inviting well worth a gander its has
its original gear interior and Blackout blinds it comes fully curtained as
standard. The original battery is well past its sell by date and the gas bottle
well used and worn over time, so i am not including them in the sale , I
recommend that the new owner should buy these items from new as…
