18 foot long, 20 foot including draw bar. 4/5 berth. Selling on behalf of friend, owned for 15 years and kept on site storage with occasional weekend use. Outside is really good condition with only minor marks and one crack on back number. Inside is clean with minimal ware. No rips or known broken parts, everything works. End wash room with new water pump. New roof vents fitted. Front seating area converts to large bed, bunk beds, dinette converts to bunk beds, has large table. Has had damp in the past l f, inside front top side cupboards and around front windows this has been previously resealed outside. New spare tyre and nearly new gas bottle, also has leisure battery and hook up lead. All in all a nice caravan, tyres will need changing as hasn’t been towed in 15 years apart from last week to bring it back home. Brakes work fine as do rear lights.
