We are selling our 1995 Elddis 4 Berth Caravan. Due to a new addition to our family, we have outgrown it. Average condition for its age, with normal wear & tear through usage. Had damp in 2 areas along one the far side wall when we bought it, but we have kept it covered up when it is not in use and has since dried out. Front seating area folds into a double bed, and back seating area converts to bunk-beds. All electrics, water & gas works correctly. Has gas hob & grill, fridge, cassette toilet, water heater, insect screens to windows & carpet throughout. Is being sold with cover, full size awning, waste water carrier & Aqua-roll. Would make a good starter caravan.
