1994 Elddis 4 berth touring caravan, in very good clean condition inside and out, very minimal marks and dents on the outside but could with a wash and does clean up very well, the carpet inside could do with a clean just to get rid of one or two stains, Everything works as it should inside with the front end that turns into a king size bed, and the rear two seats and table that turns in to a a single bed area, does have blow air heating, chemical toilet and sink and shower in the bathroom, fridge sink and cooker and hob in the kitchen, all lights inside work as they should, does come with gas, battery and electric hook up, one for when at home and one for when on site. Comes with 2 sets of keys, and all paperwork including original bill of sale. Included is a stabiliser bar and the towbar bracket along with the waste water and fresh water containers, included is a brand new full size awning that’s been used once, but needs a slight adjustment where it connect to the van itself. The front locker does require a new stay bar and inside one of the front blinds needs re-tensioning and one of the window stay bars needs a new bracket.
