Great caravan everything working Great to tow with being light weight site fees paid till 1 of October but it is a 12 months site and can be kept on site fees are £2400 and paid quarterly so £600 every 6 months it’s only been sited from the first of July but need to as I’m very unwell and can’t manage my illness in the van it’s had a freezer and new smoke alarm and carbon monoxide fitted in July so all safe any questions don’t hesitate to thanks for looking can be collected from gretna or bolton Manchester or left on site
