We are selling our 1990 Elddis Wisp caravan. As you can see from the pictures it will need some work before it’s ready to go but there’s great potential. We can’t do the work because it’s currently in storage and we can’t do what we need to from there. The idea was to do the work and have it ready to go this summer, but having had a habitation check last week we’ve found that there is too much for us to do. I can provide a habitation check report (dated 19/06/20) if required, but the summary is as follows, there is a gas leak in the system, the external electrics need attention, the water system is not operational, there is some damp, and the interior pane of the nearside rear window is cracked as shown in the picture. There are some good points though – the chassis, running gear, brakes, corner steadies etc are all good.Caravan is currently in storage, located in Sheffield.
