Original vintage 4 berth Eccles CL amethyst caravan This is a lovely caravan which I bought last year with the intention of having her as my project to do up. Sadly, I ve changed jobs meaning I had to move house and I can no longer keep her on a driveway to potter away. She’s currently located at a campsite in newlands on the outskirts of great malvern and I have this weekend been staying in her comfortably. I will be in the area until mid week if anyone wishes to view prior to buying. As you can see she does require work but the fundamentals of dry, solid and works well on an electric hook up are all there. The oven, hob and grill all work well on gas too. This wouldn’t be an enormous project but it would require a certain amount of time dedicated to it and a little skill to re invent certain areas. So, good points, 4 berth vintage caravan with seats which turn into two double beds (which for the older style caravans is fairly rare,) Eccles caravans are no longer made, these were later bought out into another brand, although Eccles is reknowned for its well made style. The caravan is dry (I stayed in her in December when it rained and no leaks), solid floor and frame, works on an electric hook up fine, fridge, cooker, grill and stove all good on gas. No damp, although this had water in it at some point as there are marks but has never been an issue…
