Really pretty Vintage 1969 Eccles Topaz. This surprisingly light caravan is so distinctive with its classic Eccles shape and curved edge front window.The interior is bright, cheerful and in good condition with great vintage colours and perfect gingham curtains.The vintage two ring hob and grill work well. The fridge works on gas. The original gas heater works too!. An extension into the van that can be plugged into mains, brings mains power to the van, but there does not appear to be any 12v. Much of the 12v wiring is there, just not a battery compartment. So, please note that there is only interior lights when hooked up to mains. There were no major indications of damp inside, but damp meter readings showed some damp, which we identified as coming from the roof seams where the seal had deteriorated, so both the seams on the roof have been resealed.All the leg work perfectly. The running lights work. The tyres are in good condition. This van will tow fine, but as it is recommended that tyres be changed every 6 years, this might be something to consider doing.Length 12 ft.
