Good condition for age – being 37 it is obviously not perfect, and has the usual marks you’d expect on the outside. The woodwork inside has a little bit of fading in places, and the usual wear and tear marks.Inside it has two front seats with storage underneath that convert into a double bed, and a rear long seat with storage underneath that converts to bunk beds.There is a wardrobe with 3 shelves, and 2 drawers underneath. All the windows have curtains, and all the catches work.There is a gas Carver heater which is working, and heats the place up very quickly.Gas oven and grill plus two burner hob, all working.Sink and drainer – there is a foot pump to bring the water through, and then it works on an electric pump.3 way fridge which works on both gas and electric.All the lights and sockets in the caravan are working (4 sockets – handy for charging things up!)Small washroom with sink (not currently connected to the water) and space for a portable toilet. We used this for extra storage.4 overhead cupboards and lots of shelving.The caravan is dry inside, no signs of damp or leaks.The only thing that doesn’t work is the outside light above the door, but this has never bothered us, and there is a small crack in the secondary doubling glazing pane in the front window.
