Vintage 2 berth caravan project started but needs finishing. 1989’s Eccles Topaz caravan bought three years ago for £400. We have spent the last three years refurbishing it inside and out, £1500 has been spent on it and all major works have been complete. Needs superficial things such as window stays, one window is missing but easily sourced, some new shelving if required. Inside is all ready to decorate as you wish, brand new laminate flooring laid, only a small area left to finish, extra flooring comes with caravan. Last time it was used the fridge and oven worked fine. Brand new head lights and external lights fitted and in full working order when hooked up. Electrics inside need finishing. Cover comes with caravan. Caravan was fully sanded down, primed and painted with three layers of external good quality paint. Extra comes with caravan for touch ups.A lot of hard work and time has gone into this caravan and all damp areas have been dealt with and sealed from the inside out. Great little caravan comes with original awning but is very old! Selling due to partnership break up so very sad to sell after all this work, that’s why there is reserve on it.
