Sterling Eccles Topaz Caravan, 2010, 2 berth full end bathroom. Motormover, isabella awning (unchecked). General condition of caravan outside is generally good with only a 6″ small damage to awning rail at rear on o/s, on back panel small repair under light (see picture) .Inside is also generally good with no obvious signs of damp or delamination. Furniture and appliances are all good, only 1 area to mention is in corner beside toilet a 6 inch soft spot (see picture) but nothing too bad. Caravan is a trade sale and sold as seen with no warranties given or implied. Any inspection is most welcome, 7 day auction with highest bidder winning.
