The caravan is in a good and useable condition. There are a few faults that I will list but has never bothered us. Only selling reluctanly for health reasons. Please see the attached pictures for the faults.It had a ding on the front when we bought it. The front windows have been replaced. There is a crack in the small kitchen window but only exterior panel, no leaks inside from it – see attached pictures.A hinge is broken on one of the overhead cupboards in the kitchen area, probably a small job to change it.The blown air heating works on electric only.It comes complete with two fresh water carriers and covers, one waste water carrier and a gas bottle.Two televisions and a dvd player, one in the lounge and one in a cupboard for viewing in bed.It has an outside electrical point and outside barbeque point.Includes wheel clamp and hitchlock.It has a nearly new memory foam mattress fitted which is extremely comfortable.Also has free standing tv ariel included.The kitchen has an extractor fan and comes with an oven and 4 hobs.
