Cooker and heating tested and working fine.We have not been able to turn the fridge on this year, the service has not been done yet and may be easily fixed.The van has two new tyres August last year, this was the last time it was used.Extras including water rolls and electricity cables included.The van has age related marks but has been damp tested regularly and has been well looked after.Two of three outer plastic protective covers for the front window are missing. They have been for two years. We have a cover for travelling. It does not effect the windows or the use of the van and are inexpensive to replace.
