Sterling Eccles Emerald Se 1993.4 berth,single axle,double glazed,central warm air heating,window blinds and fly screens,powerful diaphragm water pump,radio and speakers,12v and 240v power,built in battery charger,gas heater,240/12v fridge,240v/gas water boiler,4 burner gas cooker with oven and grill,both wheels are stored off the van ,tyres are good and fitted with Tyron bands,spare wheel with good tyre,fitted carpets ,everything works as it should,stored table allows dining between the front seats which can then convert into a double bed,side dinette converts into a single bed with a bunk above ,rear toilet and shower,there is and area of damp under the front nearside window we have discovered possibly due to a window leak ,easy repair for someone with time on there hands ,floor is de laminating and soft in places ,no bunk bed cushions, some window stays are broken ,good cheap usable caravan that needs some TLC,owned for the last 18 years ,motor mover has been removed since photos so is not included in the sale ,some cracks and previous repairs to the front panel,it is 30 years old !
