Thank you for looking. As you will notice the Caravan needs a wash! It is in very good condition and scrubs up in lovely condition. The reason it is grimy Is due to being in secure storage in the Worthing Sussex area and no washing facilities are available!The Caravan is totally dry and damp free, the interior is in very good condition, Selling as we have not been able to use it for 2 years ish due to caring for elderly relative.It is a 1995 4 berth Caravan and comes complete with full awning with annexe, pegs, storm straps and a awning carpet. Also it has 4 burner hob,oven,fridge, nearly new battery, 3 good tyres including spare wheel. Aquaroll, waste carrier,toaster, kettle, shower , toilet, fly screens and blinds , hook up cable, gas bottle, pump, milenco wheel clamp etc.As mentioned No damp though has small amount of floor delay by door, easily fixed or ignored as not a big problem.I willl try to wash the van before the end of the auction, Due to the secure nature of the storage facility. Access is difficult .Nice cheap holiday for someone! NO PAYPAL CASH ON COLLECTION ONLY!As I am a private seller Caravan is sold as seen. Collection only no postage!
