We are selling our beloved caravan after 17 years due to it being too big now our daughter isn’t very interested. This caravan is 19 years old and in really good condition for it’s age. It comes from a non smoking, but pet friendly home. It has 2 single beds which can be made in to a big double, and 2 bunk beds with a top bunk weight limit of 11 stone. It has a cooker, 4 gas rings, grill, gas/electric heater with blown air central heating and a triple power [gas/battery/electric] fridge/small freezer. The end bathroom is roomy with a wardrobe, shower and cassette toilet. There is lots of storage in this caravan. Unfortunately we have recently noticed a sign of damp under one of the front windows which will need looking at, looks like it has been coming in through the window seal during the winter but I don’t think it ‘s a big job as it is a small area only. No damp anywhere else in the caravan. The bunk bed is of a different material as when we bought it from a caravan shop, the previous owner had removed it and they couldn’t get another one to match! I’m sure it could easily be recovered but we didn’t worry about it.Please remember that this is a 19 year old caravan and has been used regularly up to last year. There are little knocks in the internal wood, and outside there is a crack in the plastic…
