Here we have our sterling 2003 caravan, 4 birth. Van is in very good condition for its age. Does have age related wear and tear. Van was serviced 12 months ago, and has had two new Tryes also new breaks in the hitch. Bunk beds turn into side dinette. Comes complete with waste carrier, clean water carrier and gas bottle. Awning is not included as we only brought this year. Does have slight damp reading on front corner but this does affect van and the service provider said this is normal for age of van as it is 20 years old. Viewing is welcome. Very good first time van.
