We have on offer a Sterling Eccles Elite Jade 1990 Caravan which has been part lovingly restored – just needs finishing off! Unfortunately we have had to sell due to storage issues and other work commitments. After purchasing the caravan, some of the original interior was removed. However, some parts such as cupboards and worktops have been repurposed and used as part of the new interior. The caravan benefits from:1) A fresh and appealing light blue colour inside and out. The painting needs finishing but we will leave you the remainder of the paint (which isn’t a lot) but at least you will know which exact colour we used.2) A work/study area with desk by the window for natural light 3) Attractive purple chequered wall paper in the study area4) 2 two-metre square packs of wood-effect laminate flooring (ready to lay!)5) Most of the original top cupboards remain6) Plenty of storage space7) Comfortable end of caravan seating area (possible single bed?)8) Tows well and all towing lights work9) The doors to some of the cupboards will be included, though not in the picturesWhat needs doing/issues:1) No electrics – so would need installing or we can provide electric mains hook up…
