Hi and thanks for looking. As you can see from the photos, I would say it is in fair condition for a 2004 model. There are some age related wear and tear which you would expect on a 2004 model caravan, but I would say there are no major issues and has many more years of use left in it.The main points I would like to stress about the caravan, there are absolutely 100% no signs of damp at all in the caravan and the floor is totally solid. Also all appliances are working as they should. Please note, it has a stereo housing but there is no stereo fitted. It also has a cupboard above the cooker to house a microwave but this is also not present.On the plus side, the caravan has no nasty smells i.e smokers, pets or damp and recently had 4 new tyres fitted, new Alko hand brake including cables, new jockey wheel and new Alko hitch head – please note it is not a stabiliser which is not really needed on a twin wheel caravan as they are much more stable to tow than a single axle.The overall shipping length of the caravan is 26 foot 12 long and 7 foot 4.
