Much loved family owned for over 20 years but has become unused for the past 4 years hence the main reason for selling. Caravan is clean and tidy but unfortunately time has taken its toll with some damp in the walls and parts becoming brittle. I’ve tried to list its issues within the condition section but other than this both fridge and cooker works fine. I disconnected the hot water at the boiler some years back as the shower floor started leaking. Sure if reconnected it would still work as the boiler worked fine. Cold water system works. As per the picture the caravan comes with the awning (incl separate add-on bedroom section) ground sheet, steps, water holder & handle, waste water holder, kettle, toaster and wanted plates, knives & forks etc. So pretty much everything needed to get started other than the gas bottle.
