Here we have our cherished circa early 80s CI Eccles Topaz caravan for sale. The van is in really excellent condition having spent most of its life being stored indoors by the one previous owner. We have owned the van for 5 years and have used it as a family numerous times every year in all weathers. There are no signs of damp at all. This was checked out by Hilltop Caravans (Bucks Cross) a couple of years ago and the chap was amazed to see a caravan of this age with no signs of damp. Inside the caravan is again in very good condition for a van of this age. The caravan sleeps 4 – one double, a single and a bunk which folds down when not in use. When we first got the van it actually was a 5 berth as a peice of hardboard pulled out from the botton single bunk/seat turning it into a double, hovewer we removed this – but it could easily be replaced.There is a cooker, grill and fridge which all work fine and also small electric oven which we bought seperately to the van. Two gas bottles are stored in the front box and these are included in the sale.The van has a 240v electric system, with fuse box, which was installed by the previous owner.
