Here we have my 2 berth Eccles Jade Elite caravan, selling on due to recent ill health. has blow air heating, hot & cold water system, shower, built in cassette toilet and shower with basin, in the shower room where large collapsable table is stored on the wall, blow air heating,fire extinguisher, gas heater, 3 way fridge, 4 ring hob, seperate cooker, sink unit with 3 x microswitched 12v mixer taps, 12v zig unit, 240v mains trip electric box, 3 way water heater 3 working pull down blinds, + 1 extra needs side reattatching, and requires another set of curtains & rails, 3 x 12v internal roof strip lights, 4 x downlights, 2 x end spotlights & external light, alarmed with motion detector.Front window ledge needs resurfacing. The cushions make 2 x 6’3” x 2′ 6” single beds or a kingsize when you pull out the centre slats from the centre cabinet which is removable. The door key was mislaid so you could fit a hasp & staple and good padlock, or replace the lock from a caravan breakers All the double glazed windows are intact and the door also in good condition, and is similar to Ebay item no 202319863044.Jobs that I was planning to do include to repair front nearside handle area (pic 5) which pulled through and makes the appearance of the van look rough and also n/side rear (pic 6) with a fibreglass kit, & front gas locker canopy requires re-hinging, and would benefit from a thorough…
