Hi there for sale is our parents sterling eccles 510 touring caravan with fixed double bed. Located in Cleveleys near Blackpool.We are listing the caravan for 1 day under market value as they need to sell as insurance is due to expire and they are in their late 80’s. Dealer comparable is £17,995 we are starting £9,950 no reserve.We are going to leave the auction till the end.History :The caravan has been used in the North West to local caravan club rallies. They have owned it since new from Glossop caravans with full service history and last service was 2023. The reason for sale is it’s got too much for them and they are in their late 80’s its time to say goodbye.Everything is working fine fridge, cooker microwave, heating & lighting etc.. There are no dents or panel marks just general wear and tear.However, there are some minor issues to consider.• Pump seems to be drawing in air and not working properly. The outside hatch has two small cracks where they have tried to pull it. The cracks could be the problem so would need a new face plate not sure though. Can see in the video below • Issue with the cupboard clothing door as the hinges need screwing back in with thicker screws. There are 4 hinges 3 have come out. Might need a replacement door or glued & screwed.• front left blind is slightly lob sided and won’t fully close to the top• Can’t verify this but toilet…
