Toilet room with small sink and shower. Caravan in good condition for age, with normal wear and tear marks,nothing seriously. Lighting 12V and 240V. Gas fire with fan. 240v water heater that also runs on gas.fridge is 240v or gas. 4 burner hob top with glass top grill and oven. Water system is external pump recently replaced.
