Our much loved caravan is for sale. Read ALL of the advert. It just might be what you’re after on a renewable pitch in Anglesea, North Wales.Firstly the van is immaculate. Sleeps 5. 2 double beds – 1 bunk. Huge file of paper work. 2 years ago the LOGIC gas / electric fridge was replaced ( brand new ) Comes with a Vango inflatable awning that I bought on ebay 2 years ago. (£700) All waste and fresh water containers included. Various chemicals and toilet products. Fantastic hot and cold water system (Truma ) Central Heating, NO DAMP. We use the facilities so the shower has never been used during our ownership and it keeps everything dry. Smart ~TV aerial. CD radio. Mains cable. Everything is included. Much loved van. Secondly. The pitch . Melyn Rhos in Moelfre. 10 minutes walk to Lligwy beach and a 10 min drive to Benllech. The pitch is number 13. Top tier ,no vans Infront , just a view of the coast. We were on the waiting list a long time before we landed lucky. Of course this pitch is open for negotiation but we will need to inform the site of our renewal plans upon sale of the van. The bit worth a mention. I dropped the awning in October, brought it home and hung it up to dry.
