2001 Sterling Explorer 5 berth twin axle touring caravan. One careful owner. The interior is in very good condition for its age as you can see from the photos. The chassis was serviced in August 2022 and the van was last used in October 2022 when everything was working off the mains. Fridge, heating, hot water. Oven in full working order as is the cassette toilet. There is a shower in the bathroom but this has never been used. There is a fitted/cd player but this has not been used for a while so unsure if it is still in full working order. They are not shown in the photos but we have all the curtains and cushions which came with the van.We have used it by having one end made up into a permanent bed. It is not shown in the photos but bunk is in full working order.There is a relatively new leisure battery, the charger has been temperamental but this can/has been solved using a separate charger(not included).Externally the van is watertight and in reasonable condition for its age. There is one small area where the skin has bubbled, see photo but this is very low down and has not caused any issues. There are no damp problems that we are aware of.We are selling this due to getting a new van. We have all the owners manuals, receipt and various documents for fridge etc and proof of a partial service history.
