In great condition inside, not sure if this is one owner or 2 from new, all original paperwork is included, i run a caravan storage site, i ended up with this after the owner passed away, was going to keep it for myself, bit im trying to raise money towards a new home for myself so it has to go. Has a motor mover with remote, hitch lock, all the accessories are in it i believe,its a cassette toilet, decent shower, .
Bad bits: 2 pf the front windows are cracked on the outer plastic, not leaking but doesn’t look great, easy to replace though. Being honest i think it needs recaulking soon, they all do eventually. The worse bit is the top rear corner, it has been damaged and seems to have been well repaired but the paint has flaked, no leaks that ive seen inside though. In short it needs a bit of tlc over a couple of weekends and i think itll be perfect, there is no leisure battery, and as its been stood a couple of years id recommend new tyres, but ive not checked them, they might be good.
a quick clean and you could use this straight away, leave the maintenance till after the season.
