1969 Vintage Eccles Opal 10ft Caravan. Vgc . Loads of work done on it inc treating and sealing all joints on body with boat sealing liquid.l have cut out all areas that had damp using moisture meter and replacing any soft wood and hardboard with 6mm ply and new insulation. I am a qualified multitrader/ carpenter.I have waxoiled the chassis which is in good condition. I Changed both perished tyres and spare for right spec trailer tyres £200. I lnstalled micro wood burner £400 .l Installed vintage looking distressed oak engineered boards £250. Lights work. There is a leisure battery under bed. Fire extinguisher. Caraven extendible wing mirrors.small Solar panel to trickle charge battery.l Replaced disintegrating foam with brand new 150mm foam seating £200 . We made new curtains covers for foam seating and fitted bamboo blind. Replaced broken cooker with another vintage cooker .gas light works but needs new glass and correct sized mantle .comes with really good quality awning and awning carpet. Body length is 10ft 2″ , overall length 13ft. The double bed measures 1160mm x 1930mm . Inside can be x2 two tables with seating or a single bed , double bed and bunk bed ( bunk bed needs looking at as it doesn’t fit very well .we have never used it )The caravan tows really well. We called it Clara .there are various signs of wear small dinks, scratches etc which you would expect from a caravan 54 years old . There are a few…
