park has a long 12 month season, It has a fishing lake, large dog walking area. You are in a beautiful tranquil countryside. Only 13 miles to Blackpool, 32 miles to the Lake District National Park. 20 miles to Lytham St Annes.
The
caravan itself is 35` x 12`, so a very good size with loads of
storage throughout. It has a very ‘cottage-style’ feel to it and
doesn’t look like any of the modern caravans that are available now.
It’s very comfortable and well-designed throughout. Fully central heated, and double glazed throughout, caravan is also well insulated.
The veranda has the beauty of a south facing view which gets the longest sunshine of the day, 2 outside storage boxes, 1 box is empty and the other box houses a 1 year old automatic washer and a free standing tumble dryer. Fully plumbed in and all electrics fitted. There is a 3rd storage box which is on the veranda doubling up as a further 2 seats, 1 breakfast table and 2 chairs also on the veranda.
