hasnt been used in a year some damp is going on looks bad but the wood is dry its in one area it has had a repair as it was really bad when we got it 2 years ago so we rebuilt the floor and one whole side this side will be easy to remove as we rebult it and made the new cupboard . the damp is in one area.it doesnt smell damp. there have been a stack of new paper plates on the side since the caravan was put on site (has been exposed to the elements for exactly 1 year with no opening till today) the plates arent damp or ruined or colour change in any way.comes with lots of manuals, working cooker and oven working original fridge. bathroom with built in toilet with cassette. original heating system. the electronics worked the last time we used it the battery is currently flat but can be charged. we put in a new roof light thingy. we changed the lighting to led. its a really lovely caravan just a real shame we have not nailed the damp problem but we are not experts . this would be a lovely project for someone. i hope someone loves it as much as we do. it has brake lights and has to plug connections a gray one and a black one u can use either although the gray one needs a…
