Compact caravan with fridge, sink, hob and grill, toilet area (can include a portaloo and 40Litre aquaroll if required), table and 4 seats folds down to small double bed. 4 seater sofa unfolds into large double. 12v lights (used and confirm working) gas hob, fridge and heating (not used for a few years but was working perfectly when last used) and electric hook up (never tested by myself but previous owner had it permanently hooked up to live in). *Does need a new roof light as recently perished and now leaking (very recent – as we were cleaning and painting it so has a bucket under it so no damage caused yet!) *Needs a few window catches replaced but all have at least one working to secure it.*Did have a leak on the front seal and around the door so needs a couple of inner wall panels replaced at the front, it’s just 3mm ply so easy job, has been painted over for now so can still be used as it is or ideal winter project ready for next summer.Floor was replaced a few years ago so still good and solid. Tyres have only done about 200 miles and no perishing so excellent condition.Towing electrics work…
