Beautiful caravan, almost finished and ready to go. Outside has been rubbed down and is ready for painting. Work required (all fittings, equipment, appliances listed included in this lot):Windows need trim and fittings attached Power management unit needs connecting (note, all lighting power and switch lighting already installed) – brand newPropex water heater needs connecting (brand new)Shurflo pump needs fitting (brand new)Water and main electrical ports need fitting and connecting upConnect up Smev triple gas hob (brand new)Fit and connect up Smev gas grill (brand new)Connect two microswitched taps (kitchen and wash hand basin)Connect drains to wash hand basin and kitchen sinkConnect up fridge (12v)Position and connect Shurflo water pump (brand new)Position and connect Propex/Truma (can’t remember which it is!) water heaterConnect up battery (brand new)Fit tail board (just clips under caravan – requires no wiring)Supply and drainage plumbing needs installing (note, I do not have the supply water hoses)Interior decorated with toile du jouy wallpaper in pale blue. All cushions and soft furnishings shown included in lot. Caravan cover included. Tyres in legal condition. Tows well.
