If utility and value for the money is your main concern and you’re not too bothered about presentation and kerb appeal then you may have found a van to meet your needs. The date of first registration is not accurate, I’ve no idea of the age but understand that manufacture began in 1990.We bought this about 5 years ago to provide accommodation at the Crick Narrowboat Show when my business has a stand. That’s all it has done recently. The rest of the year it spends on axle stands in the compound.It was known to leak when we bought it. I stopped it leaking and it is bone dry from one year’s end to the next now. The interior is perfectly usable and the outside has been untouched for 4 years and would benefit from a clean.Excellent 3 burner hob, excellent grill, excellent oven. The toilet is an electric Thetford and is excellent too but I felt it had to be in a separate sentence to the cooker. I have a 100 amp hour battery on tricklecharge in the garage for it. The internal lights are now LED and it is now very well lit. There is a gas bottle. Also included is an as new Bulldog caravan stabiliser which I remember costing about £115.There is a huge awning which more than doubles the space.
