Purchased this caravan to strip out and renovate as a nail studio. Is completely stripped of the living area but found the front has been leaking through the awning rail above the window and needs replacing/repannelling and just don’t have the time to do it as need to get the nail studio up and running. I have covered the windows and Dometic grills to stop any water coming through but the windows and grills are still in tact. Has an end bathroom which hasn’t been stepped out as this was going to be used. Great project if you have the time or know how as could be used for a beauty room, office man cave etc. Failing that it would be great for banger racing or scrap (does have an air conditioning unit on roof too). All windows and external lights intact and working so can be towed. Does have the heating/water system still in situ. Any other questions please just ask.
