Fridge with small freezer within the top.Cooker, grill and hob.Comes with TV, kettle, toaster, microwave and utensils. Electric hookup cable included as well as wastehog and fresh water storage.Floors are solid and not spongy at all, carpet was replaced with laminate flooring, this prior to my owning of van.There is no damp or mould at all. All windows have flyscreens and blinds, there are a couple of blinds that need some attention, one doesn’t always lock down fully, I think this is due to the plastic clips, one at the rear is taped up, but does close.The exterior is in good shape and no major dents or scrapes at all. The interior has been hand painted, again, prior to my ownership, and could maybe do with a touch up here and there, there is paint under the seats for this.
