This Caravan is in very good condition both inside and outside.On the outside there are no bumps or scratches. — The body work is good !It has a hitch lock / 2 full Propane gas bottles/ long hookup cable / good spare tyre / 1 year old battery / 2 brand new running tyres / Thetford Cassette toilet and waste carrier system / 2 waste water tubs / outside steps and a virtually new half size awning and breathable ground sheet. A new battery charging unit was installed 2 years ago.On the inside all is dry and sound. A complete new sky light/roof vent was installed last year.All upholstery and woodwork / blinds and fly screens / flooring and carpets are clean and tidy and in good order.Interior lighting /fridge/ cooker and grill/ and hot water are all working as per normal.The interior heating unit is not working. I have replaced this with an electric fire.The end unit of the caravan is separated by a door and comprises a washroom and toilet / wardrobe / and separate shower room.A fire blanket and extinguisher/ cutlery / set of new pans / a few plates and bowls / electric and gas kettles / 2 slice toaster / coffee — sugar — tea containers / 2 new sleeping bags and a full Winter Cover are included in the sale.
